The 67 and the Branded are marketed with flashy images. Being similar to the Branded, the 67 can be a nice knife that has good comfort, geometry and useability. The 67 is very similar to the Branded, but is often sold at a more attainable price. This category is named because there is an abundance of 67-layer damascus knives that fit into this category. Usually these knives are presented with infographics about their sharpness, lines pointing to different parts of the knife, and often a picture of the knife with a glare on the edge. However, a common feature for both the Branded and the 67 is how they are presented online. The Branded might be hard to identify without recognizing the brand name. In the picture below you can once again see the typical damascus pattern and you might recognize the handle design from the picture above. It often has multiple rivets, a mosaic pin and a small lanyard hole. Notice the damascus pattern being similar to the example above.Īnother giveaway is the handle. These knives are often shipped with a knife roll with individual compartments for the included blades.
